LGCT required integration with an external reservations system. We have implemented gift certificates and regular refreshes of website media to help promote the exciting thrills of canopy tours and ziplining. We have also assisted LGCT in overall website strategy and creating a consistent message throughout their website and social media campaigns.
Browse 1000s of funny and cool t-shirts, vintage clothing, & graphic tees, or Design and make your own personalized unique t-shirts!
T-Shirts.com was built from the ground up as the destination for printed and custom t-shirts. This project was a massive technological undertaking as there were no common platform when the company was started in 1999. In addition to carrying 1000’s of licensed and printed t-shirts, T-Shirts.com was also an online pioneer by creating the first design your own custom t-shirts studio online. Operationally, we managed the original heat transfer and screenprinting operations. We later implemented an innovative digital print-on-demand model which was an industry game-changer as well as a complete overhaul of the T-Shirts.com business model. This transformation positioned T-Shirts.com on the cutting-edge of technology in its market. We worked with our team of graphic designers to produce 10,000+ pieces of proprietary artwork, which drove profits by becoming the majority of our sales. T-Shirts.com was successfully divested in a $1.265 million domain package to another t-shirt retailer.
Screenprinting.com provides consumers, businesses, schools, and other groups with customized screen print and embroidery pricing quotes and allows for online order submission.
Screenprinting.com was developed as a lead generation tool to connect buyers with printers. The platform had 1000’s of pages developed for all cities and states in the United States for “sticky” SEO purposes. The domain was recently sold to a screen printing equipment distributor.
Cigar.com - your desktop tobacconist!
Cigar.com was an acquisition strategy which occurred over two stages. The domain, Cigar.com was acquired, then we acquired an online retailer operating company in Cleveland, Ohio. The operating company was relocated to the Chicago, Illinois area, where the company underwent a dynamic transformation from struggling e-tailer to online powerhouse within the cigar industry. We executed a massive merchandising program which had a superb inventory turns. During the project, we implemented the following: cigar of the month club program, sales team, wholesale program, two stand alone cigar brands, several house-blend cigar lines, physical catalog, and countless other activities to make Cigar.com the ideal acquisition target within the industry.
Cigar.com was successfully acquired by a group including one of our largest competitors and a private equity firm.
The best vintage tees on the web!
We acquired the tees.com domain and developed a website on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Shopify was our first venture on a Ruby on Rails platform and we were very pleased with the results: simple and agile software.
We operated the venture as active partners of a team of passive investors. We wore every hat possible on this project. One of our proudest achievements was our creation of a vintage t-shirt line within the product offering utilizing our graphic design team to produce proprietary artwork exclusive to Tees.com. The project was completed and the domain was sold in a group of domains for $1.265 million.
